Hello, I’m Hanna Bush!
I am a Technical Writer at Amazon in Dublin, Ireland.
Before coming to work at Amazon, I completed my Master of Library and Information Studies degree at University College Dublin.
I’m passionate about knowledge management, user guide documentation, web navigation, digital curation and preservation, open access, libraries, and the organisation and retrieval of information.
As part of my work with the Irish Hospice Foundation, I developed a resource LibGuide about Bereavement and Grief. The LibGuide (click on the photo above to visit it) is hosted on the HSE Dr. Steevens Library website.
This is a portfolio showcasing my work during a Digital Curation Tools module at UCD. Software and tools I used in these exercises included PeaZip, Xena, DROID, BitCurator, Manifest Maker, DRAMBORA, OpenDOAR Policy Tool, Fedora and DSpace.
This is a poster I designed and wrote to propose a study of the email preservation behaviour of college students facing graduation.
This is a short tutorial I made to explain the use of AMBER, an open-source digital curation tool made to preserve links on WordPress and Drupal sites.
Here are some examples of my design work at newspapers.
Here are a few examples of my work in photojournalism.
